As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse in Ningbo, China, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first carrier scan to appear.

Where to find your tracking

• Open the email titled Your order is on the way and use the tracking link.
• Or open any order confirmation email and use the View your order link, which always shows the current status.

Delivery to the US usually takes 6–12 business days in total (1–2 business days to prepare the order, then 5–10 business days in transit). See our shipping policy.
